Increased and improved employee recognition was identified as one of 10 organisational priorities through the 2019 People Matter Survey. The Living Our Values employee recognition program was designed and implemented so staff can recognise and celebrate their peers.

The values awards have provided an opportunity for employees to formally acknowledge and celebrate their colleagues that are living and breathing our values at Barwon Health.
