Children born after 2003 can obtain their history from the Australian Immunisation Register or the MyGov website. If this is incomplete, email Barwon Health Immunisation Service [email protected] with your name, date of birth, Medicare number, telephone number and address where you lived when you last accessed the service and we will contact you. For your health and safety, we ask you to read the pre-immunisation-checklist prior to immunisation.

Our trained staff will attend your business, any staff who miss out on the day are then able to attend any of our sessions to receive their vaccines. The service charges by the vaccine.
