Sponsorship
One of the most common questions we are asked is if we offer sponsorship. The short answer: yes we do, but there are a few steps we must meet first in order to be able to sponsor, these include:
1. Your role must be on the Skilled Occupation List, to view this please click this link > https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list
2. We must first consider all Australian applicants. It is only if we cannot find an Australian citizen or permanent resident with the correct skills and experience for the role that we can then proceed to the next step.*
3. The role must be a permanent full time position.
4. The role must be advertised for 28 days and on multiple platforms.*

Depending on your specialty and whether the role is a hard-to-fill position, your chance for sponsorship would increase.

*These steps continuously change and it is important to be up-to-date with current policies for overseas recruitment. For more information please visit the Immigration and Citizenship website > https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au
