Attending appointments
Please allow up to two hours for your appointment, as delays may occur. It is important that you inform our reception staff if you have any special needs prior to or on the day of your appointment.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you need to re-schedule your appointment, you will need to ensure your referral document has not expired. If the document has expired, you will need to notify your local doctor to obtain a new one.
