Barwon Health and Deakin University clinical trials teams gathered together on International Clinical Trials Day to celebrate the remarkable work they do every day.
Barwon Health has been conducting clinical trial research for more than 25 years. Our longevity and success is thanks to thousands of volunteers, who dedicate their time to support research and improve the health of our region and future generations. There are over 200 trials currently underway across Barwon Health into infectious diseases (including new COVID-19 Omicron booster vaccines), diabetes, cancer, obesity, mental illness, heart disease and much more.
