Introducing Raise It - Barwon Health’s new workplace issues portal

Raise It is Barwon Health’s new online portal for staff to report inappropriate behaviour, sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination and misconduct in the workplace.

Raise It streamlines the process of reporting and tracking employment issues while prioritising staff confidentiality and privacy.

This platform is in addition to existing processes such as reporting to your manager and/or reporting in Riskman.

Why use Raise It?

• Confidentiality: The new portal ensures all reports are treated confidentially, with secure handling of information.
• Anonymous reporting: Staff can choose to submit reports anonymously while ensuring your concerns are addressed.
• Transparency: Staff can track the status of an issue and receive updates through the portal, with visibility of the resolution process.

How to access Raise It:

• Log in to Raise It: barwonhealth.relyplatform.com/home/make-a-report
• Submit your issue: Choose to identify yourself or submit anonymously.
• Track progress: Use your dashboard to track updates on your issue.

Staff are encouraged to use Raise It to ensure concerns are heard and addressed.
