How to access your telehealth appointment
Click the link on your SMS,

Paste that link into your web browser on your laptop,
OR
Select your clinic from the service clinic list below
Fill in your details and follow the prompts until you enter the online waiting area
Important: Once connected to the online waiting room, please stay on the same webpage to receive updates and to see when your specialist is on-line. Closing or minimising this tab on your phone / PC / device will cause you to temporarily drop out of the waiting area and restart the timer. If this happens, you may not be seen on time.

If you have a loved one admitted to a Barwon Health facility but are unable to visit due to distance, illness, or transportation challenges, our staff can help arrange a video call. Please speak to a team member for assistance.
For Specialist Clinics and Sub Acute Specialist Services clinics there will be an additional Clinic type drop box for consumers when entering the waiting area to identify which service they are attending, for example:
