Many services benefit from the support of volunteers. Due to COVID-19 and additionally, the need to maintain the privacy of consumers accessing services, Barwon Health’s Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Services are unable to incorporate the volunteer work into its services.

All student placements are coordinated through their enrolled university. Barwon Health is only in the position of engaging students (on their formal placement) who are studying a bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
