Sexual Health and HIV Testing, Treatment, Information and Support: a free and confidential service staffed by a specialty multidisciplinary team
The Barwon Reproductive and Sexual Health (BRaSH) Clinics at University Hospital Geelong (UHG) and Barwon Health North (BHN) are staffed by general practitioners and nurses with a special interest in sexual health who provide the following services for people of all ages:
• Sexually Transmitted Infections – screening, clinical assessment, testing and treatment
• HIV Pre and Post Exposure Prophylaxis
• Contraception advice, management and referral
• Education and advice related to safer sex practices, sexuality, and sexual dysfunction
The BRaSH Clinic at UHG is also staffed by Infectious Disease Specialists, Pharmacist, Psychiatrist and Outreach worker who provide multidisciplinary clinical treatment and psychosocial support for people living with HIV.
