Barwon Health Staff Fitness Centre

If you've tried plenty of gyms, got bored, couldn't stay motivated, didn't know how to use the equipment, then the EFM Health Club staff gym at McKellar Centre is what you need!

Our Personalised Fitness Coaching will see you doing something different every day, with a coach to take you through each program and ensure you are always working towards your health and fitness goals.

The Club is about what you need, so each program can be adapted for your goals, medical conditions, injuries, time to train and your desire to achieve your goals.

We've got a full range of cardio and resistance equipment, fitballs, boxing gear and with 20 years in the fitness and sports coaching field, franchise owner and coach Matt Jolley has the knowledge to make sure you get what you need.

Check out the website at www.efm.net.au for our latest offer, or if you want to get straight to it, call Matt on 0400 207 303 or email matt.jolley@efm.net.au.

The best bit is that you pay for your membership by salary deduction, which reduces your taxable income, so your EFM membership as a Barwon Health staff member is effectively half price!
