Barwon Health Staff Fitness Centre
The EFM Geelong Health Club is conveniently located on the McKellar Centre (enter through either entrance and follow signage toward Blakiston Lodge).
EFM is about personalised fitness coaching, so there is no one size fits all approach!
Facilities include:
· Cardio machines
· Strength and resistance machines
· Dumbbell and barbell free weights
· Supine / Fit balls
· Boxing gear
· Shower
· Change rooms
· Personal storage
