| Service Description: | The Crisis and Referral Team (formerly Triage) is a 24-hour service for people who may have a complex or serious mental illness and are in crisis.
Services include: mental health assessments, early crisis intervention, referral to other services and telephone phone support to clients, families and other health workers. The clinician will determine the nature and urgency of the response required.
