Barwon Healthy Families

Many people are unsure whether their child is over their healthiest weight.

Barwon Healthy Families can help you encourage your children to be healthy and happy.

Our healthy families program covers topics such as the causes and treatments for weight problems in children, child self-esteem and motivation, monitoring food intake and activity, setting good nutrition and activity goals, and limiting problem behaviours.

We also give you advice on how to understand food labels, ideas for healthy meals and helpful family survival tips.

If you are worried about your child's weight, or you would like to know whether there is cause to worry, Barwon Healthy Families can provide advice and support.
