Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights
On 22 July 2008, Australian Health Ministers endorsed the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights and recommended its use nationwide. The aim of the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights was to develop a national charter of healthcare rights for all Australians receiving or seeking health care in all healthcare settings throughout Australia.
