Float entrants and carnival vendors are being called on for the 2008 G-Force Gala Parade and Family Fun Day, as the year's theme is announced as "All I Want For Christmas".

To be held on Saturday 22nd November, schools, businesses and community groups are all invited to register to be part of the fun and colour of the historic 92nd Gala Parade. All entrants are encouraged to embrace the spirit of the parade by decorating their float to reflect the theme. Perhaps all your school wants for Christmas is a special visit from Santa's little helpers? Or perhaps your business wishes for some special time spent with family? Whatever your wish might be, get creative and make your float the most colourful and festive of them all!

Vendors for the Family Fun Day are also encouraged to apply be part of all the activities along Geelong's spectacular Waterfront.

We're looking for food stalls, craft activities, performers and anything else that will keep the visiting families entertained!
