 | LITTLE PIPER LEE HELPS TO LAUNCH THE 2009 GEELONG HOSPITAL APPEAL
Little Piper Lee has had a difficult journey in her short five and a half years. In December 2006, the young Belmont girl was diagnosed with an inoperable tumour in her neck that left her fighting for her life.
Thanks to the Geelong Hospital, Piper's on the road to recovery.

 | CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE FOR A CAUSE A day of delicious decadence was held on May 30 to raise money for the Geelong Hospital Appeal. The 2008 Hot Chocolate Day has raised over $15,000 to date with money continuing to be received. Approximately 19 schools and 50 groups and businesses warmed up for the cause by holding their own hot chocolate gatherings. All got into the spirit of the day with some coming up with creative activities such as serving cold chocolate (chocolate milk) and having a casual dress day.
